Michele has been absolutely spectacular & supportive throughout our home-buying process. He helped my parents purchase the home that I grew up in over 20 years ago, so naturally I was hopeful that he would be able to assist me throughout my journey as well. We came into contact in early 2018 to begin to search for a condo. However, we determined that we weren’t quite prepared to move forward at that time & put our search on hold. I wanted to write and thank you both for what has been several years of exceptional service you have provided to Peggy and I both as property managers of Peggy’s Mom’s home which we had to convert to a rental property in Pleasant Hill in order to sustain her health care needs at an assisted living facility which came up on us extremely quickly. You both then not only helped us get the house rented in a week for the maximum amount possible, but you also both handled all of the paperwork and maintained the leases for us during the time the house was a rental. Once we no longer needed the house as a rental, you both came onsite identified needed upgrades and repairs to get the maximum return and help facilitate the money needed to complete the repairs. You also had a contractor you work with who completed the work in a timely fashion on budget and then got the house on the market and completed the sale in a very short time! After we completed the sale of the Pleasant Hill house, we started looking for a home in the Bay Area since we primarily live in the Lake Tahoe area but both Peggy and I work in the Bay Area. You showed us numerous properties, wrote several offers and finally after a lot of long hours and the most amazing amount of help and knowledge I could ever imagine you found us a great home to buy in the East Bay which required nothing more then a few cosmetic repairs mostly in the back yard for which you again came thru with a crew to do the work and get us in our new home in record time! We cannot express our gratitude for all you have done over the past years for us but also for friends we have referred who are currently using your property management expertise since they moved to Oregon and maintained their family home here in the Bay Area as a rental which you both currently manage. Working with Leslie was a wonderful experience, your always told that buying a house is a long grueling experience, but Leslie made the process much easier. She explained everything along the way, if I had any questions I could always reach her.
